How can I know if the purifier will really suit my space?
Each product page shows the recommended room coverage (in square feet). By comparing these values with the size of your room, you can check whether the model fits your space and your needs.
I want to use the purifier in my bedroom is it quiet enough to sleep with?
Each model has a noise level (in decibels) listed for both standard and sleep modes. We recommend checking the noise level on the product page to make sure it matches your tolerance.
Does the purifier really filter pet hair, dander, smoke and odors?
Our purifiers use a True HEPA H13 filter combined with an activated carbon layer. The HEPA filter captures fine particles such as dust, pollen, dander and smoke, while the carbon layer helps reduce common household odors. Performance depends on the room size and the airflow setting used.
Will it produce ozone or any other irritant?
No. Our purifiers use mechanical filtration only no ionizer, no ozone generator. They are safe for use in bedrooms, nurseries, and rooms with people sensitive to allergies or asthma.
Is the purifier delivered ready to use?
Yes. The unit is delivered fully assembled, with the filter pre-installed (a protective wrapping needs to be removed before first use). A short setup guide is included in the box.
How do I know if the purifier is actually working?
Air purification is gradual and not always perceptible the first day. Each model includes an indicator showing the filter status and the airflow setting, so you can confirm the purifier is operating as expected.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
What are the delivery times and costs?
The delivery time is 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) within the United States. All shipping costs are included in the price of the purifier.
What are the return conditions if the purifier doesn't suit me?
You have a return period specified in our Refund policy. The purifier must be returned in good condition, preferably in its original packaging, you can have more details on the "Refund policy" page.
What happens if my purifier has a defect on delivery?
If you notice a defect or a missing part on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue. We review each case and will let you know the solution offered (replacement part, replacement unit, or another option as appropriate).
