Our delivery services are exclusively available within the United States. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Processing time before shipment: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping transit time after dispatch: 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery times may be extended in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as carrier strikes or extreme weather conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure delivery within the best possible timeframes.

Weekend orders: Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping Address Changes

Please carefully verify your shipping address when placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping address can no longer be modified.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we may accept a cancellation at any time prior to shipment (preferably within 12 hours of placing the order).

If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Please note that for logistical reasons, an order that has already entered the shipping preparation process can no longer be cancelled.


7. Packages Damaged During Transit

If you notice that a package has been damaged during transport:

  • If possible, refuse the package upon delivery by the carrier.

IMPORTANT: If all packages are marked as delivered but a product is missing, contact customer service immediately by email.

RETURN POLICY
